This workshop is designed for environmental management personnel, and for contractors and consultants in the area of waste management (particularly those concerned with mangement of industrial or municipal effluents).   Students enrolled at Louisiana Tech University may also receive university credit for completing this workshop as BISC-275. Topics covered in the workshop include:

  Choosing a qualified laboratory for bioassays
  Toxicity Reduction Evaluation (TRE)
  Toxicity Identification Evaluation (TIE)
