Forestry – Wildlife Habitat Management Concentration
The Wildlife Habitat Management concentration is designed for students who desire scientific knowledge about the management of wildlife, and this concentration emphasizes the life history, habitat relationships, and habitat management of wildlife species and communities. Louisiana Tech offers hands-on opportunities in habitat management for biological diversity, species conservation, and the ethics of consumptive wildlife use.
The wildlife habitat management concentration offers coursework necessary for students who want to qualify for certification through The Wildlife Society.
