Classes for Individuals with Parkinson’s Disease

Louisiana Tech’s Parkinson Resource Center holds Music & Movement classes on Wednesdays 10-11 AM in the Red Gym at Lambright Sports and Wellness Center. This is another opportunity for people in North Louisiana living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners to engage in exercise and be part of a healthy Parkinson’s community. RSVP to Parkinsonresourcecenter@latech.edu or 318.257.4287. Instructors are Leaia Alsup and Gretchen Jones. Both trained in New York with the Dance for PD program.
